Suzanne Aplin joins Weston Homes as Group Sales & Marketing Director to launch the group’s new portfolio of developments

Leading volume housebuilder Weston Homes is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Aplin as Group Sales and Marketing Director, to help drive the promotion and sales of the group’s current and pipeline schemes in London and the Home Counties.

Suzanne Aplin joins Weston Homes from City & Country where she worked for the past five years as Sales and Marketing Director. University of Nottingham graduate Suzanne has previously worked at Marks & Spencer, Countryside Properties and Skanska Residential Development.

Working closely with Bob Weston, Chairman and Managing Director, Suzanne Aplin will manage the sales and marketing of the group’s sizeable development portfolio which includes 20 current active sites and over 7,500 plots in the pipeline, including the launch in Spring 2021 of the £350 million Abbey Quay urban village in Barking and the £60 million Grade II listed Cambridge Military Hospital in Aldershot.
