With the exception of our construction teams, who are based on our developments across the south east of England, our employees are based at our purpose built head office in Takeley (near Stansted) in Essex.

Our team of land buyers investigate and acquire suitable land for future development and our planning team are responsible for the design, application and securing of planning permission.
Once planning permission has been secured, our technical teams will create detailed architectural and engineering working drawings and be on hand to provide expert advice at every stage of construction.
Using the technical working drawings, Estimators, Surveyors and Buyers will work together to purchase all materials and subcontractor services, then manage costs to ensure we are building to budget.
Our team of managers will coordinate the trades (bricklaying, joinery, plumbing etc) carried out by our subcontractors on site and ensure quality and attention to detail is maintained throughout the build process.
Throughout the development’s construction, our Quality Assurance team are responsible for ensuring that our homes are completed to Weston Homes highest of standards. Then following handover, our customer service team will ensure the best possible experience for all of our purchasers.
Our sales team will not only effectively market our homes to prospective purchasers, but also engage with them on choosing their fixtures and fittings, as well as maintaining communication with our purchasers from reservation to completion.
Our Health, safety and environmental services are provided by Stansted Environmental Services (SES), a Weston Group Company. This multidisciplinary team carry out a number of services from sound insulation and air tightness testing to Health, Safety and First Aid training.
Our proactive team of HR and Learning professionals are responsible for our Learning Academy and the employee journey: from identifying and attracting talented people, developing skills and careers, as well as employee reward and recognition.
Our team of finance and accounting professionals manage our group finances and funding, as well as pay our suppliers, contractors and employees.
