The Company is committed to providing customer service to the highest standards. To this end we do not operate a call centre but a personal service with the name and contact details of the dedicated customer care assistant identified in the “Welcome to your New Home” letter which is sent to each new customer upon legal completion of the purchase of their new home.

At Weston Homes we aim to make sure you relax, and enjoy the experience of moving into your perfect new home. We are pleased to offer Customer Service support for two years so that we can take care of any needs you have once the whole process is complete and you have moved in. This is why we were very proud to receive the 2019 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-house Research, which is based on feedback received from our past customers.
