Langley Square in Dartford wins Best High Volume New Housing Development at the LABC South East Awards

Weston Homes are delighted to announce that its development Langley Square in Dartford, Kent has won the award for Best High Volume New Housing Development at the LABC South East Awards 2020.

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards celebrate achievements in the construction industry. They reward excellent buildings, outstanding companies, and partnerships and individuals that go that extra mile. The LABC network covers all local authorities in England and Wales.

Langley Square provides 728 new homes in Dartford, Kent in partnership with Dartford Borough Council. The £180 million (GDV) regeneration project provides an 11.03 acre waterside village comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments within nine residential buildings. The development, now fully-sold, provides exceptional new homes as well as catering to the local community with ample retail space and large, landscaped green areas.

This new award adds to the already impressive list of accolades that Langley Square has received which demonstrates the quality and attention to detail that Weston Homes prides itself on not only at Langley Square, but across all of its developments.
