An IFA works separately from any mortgage company, lender or bank to assist you and they offer independent, impartial advice.
If you do not have an IFA who you like to use, our Sales Consultants can make recommendations and put you in touch with a choice of advisors who specialise in finding mortgages for customers of new build homes. Weston Homes receives no remuneration whatsoever from the IFA or the mortgage lender.
