Weston Homes are here to support you in your home buying journey – from the moment you first consider buying through to the day you move in. Once you have paid your reservation fee you will need to make preparations for your purchase and appoint an independent solicitor or licensed conveyancer to act on your behalf within 14 days of signing the reservation agreement.
Our Sales Consultants will offer you the opportunity to choose an independent solicitor from an approved list so that your purchase proceeds as smoothly as possible. As a recommended legal advisor, they have already familiarised themselves with the development and our legal documentation and are therefore able to deal very efficiently with your purchase and work towards achieving an exchange of contracts within our agreed time periods. Because of this, if you are using one of the recommended legal advisors we will make a contribution of £1,000 towards your legal fees. Recommended legal advisors work exclusively for you and have no ties with Weston Homes other than being on our approved list. We receive no remuneration from them.
