Prior to their reservation paperwork being completed, your friend scans or photographs a copy of their completed Refer a Friend leaflet and emails it to the Sales team at their chosen development.
Your friend reserves a new home from Weston Homes and following their legal completion you each receive £500.
*Offer available on selected developments only and subject to purchasing criteria and terms and conditions for reservations of a new private tenure property for sale at a new homes development by Weston Homes. Amount of incentive may vary. To claim the reward a copy of the offer must be scanned or photographed and emailed to the chosen development before reservation. The reward(s) will be paid to each party within four weeks of legal completion of the homebuyer’s purchase by BACs transfer. In the event of the completion not taking place for any reason the £500 payments will not be honoured. Only one Refer a Friend voucher can be used per home purchase.
