The 2019 WhatHouse? Awards took place on Friday 15th November at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, and celebrate the very best new homes within the UK housebuilding industry.

In this year’s judges’ report, Best New Homes in Britain, it was noted:

With the introduction of its own First-time SecureBuy initiative, Weston Homes has provided a more flexible approach to off-plan purchase than government-backed Help to Buy, and Langley Square is a great example of the scheme itself and the quality of home a first-timer can realistically aspire to.

Located in Dartford, Kent, the state-of-the-art development Langley Square consists of 728 homes and beautifully landscaped private communal gardens just a short commute into central London from the nearby railway station.

All homes are now sold, but when the development launched, first-time buyers were able to take advantage of Weston Homes’ own First-time SecureBuy initiative, allowing them to reserve for just £500 with a 5% deposit.

Not only that, but they also purchased a new property that came with Weston Homes’ signature, high specification which included integrated kitchen appliances, designer kitchen units & worktops and the latest Smart technology in the bathroom(s).
