Weston Homes is beginning construction of the Aura development in the coming weeks. Bob Weston, chief executive of Weston Homes, said: “The leafy London suburb of Edgware is undergoing a great deal of regeneration, making it a desirable and affordable location for Londoners who want to own their own home and be in a well connected commuter area. “Work has already commenced on site to increase local infrastructure and major construction work will commence in March 2014, so this is an ideal opportunity for buyers to get in early and purchase their dream home off plan. We anticipate that interest for the homes at Aura will be high, particularly as we can offer a variety of property types to suit a range of buyers.”

Edgware Tube is a 10 minute walk away offering connections on the Northern line. Also nearby is the Broadwalk shopping centre containing the likes of Marks and Spencer and Sainsburys. Prices of the properties start from £234,995. Potential purchasers can visit the new sales and marketing suite from March 21
