Weston Host Chairman’s Breakfast To Discuss How To Make London A Better Place To Live And Do Business

On Tuesday 12 January 2016, Weston Homes hosted the London First Chairman’s Breakfast at its office in Portman Square.

Members of London First, a business organisation that seeks to make London the best city in the world to do business, were invited to the breakfast to take part in a roundtable discussion on what they believed to be the main issues and concerns for doing business in the Capital. The discussion covered the priorities for the new mayor, the pending in-out EU referendum, housing and transport infrastructure, and what London businesses needed to attract the world’s best talent.

Commenting, Bob Weston, Chairman at Weston Homes, said: “We were delighted to host the Chairman’s Breakfast and found the views around the table extremely interesting. As a major property developer, we are committed to doing our part to improve London and the commuter areas surrounding it. London First offers its members a united voice making it easier for us to communicate our concerns and thoughts for how to make London a better place to the government and policy-makers.”
