The biggest event of the golfing calendar, the St Clare Hospice 20th Annual Golf Day, will be held on Friday 12th September at Stoke By Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa, and once again will be organised and sponsored by Weston Homes.
St Clare Hospice is a charity providing specialist care for people living with terminal or life limiting illnesses in west Essex and the east Hertfordshire border. The hospice cares for patients and their families, providing physical, social, psychological and spiritual support.
Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive for Weston Homes, said: “St Clare Hospice is a cause that is very close to our hearts at Weston Homes and we are proud to have been the main event sponsor of the Golf Day for over a decade now.
There are currently 8 team spaces left, the entry fee per team (of 4) is £460 which includes: A large full English buffet breakfast/brunch with tea/coffee and juice; the choice to play on one of the two stunning courses at Stoke by Nayland – the Constable and The Gainsborough (subject to availability); a fabulous four course meal in the evening with some excellent entertainment and opportunities to win and/or purchase some exciting items. In the past there has always been some outstanding auction items and it is our aim for the same again this year. Therefore if anyone would like to donate an auction item, however small, please let us know ASAP.
