Weston Homes wins Gold Award for customer satisfaction

Weston Homes are delighted to have won the 2019 Gold Award for customer satisfaction from In-house Research.

In the survey year covering legal completions from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018, over 90% of our customers said they would recommend Weston Homes.

Every Weston Homes customer is given the opportunity to complete the independent telephone survey, managed by In-house Research. Through this feedback, practical decisions can be made on where improvements can be made, and where exceptional service is being delivered.
