Weston Homes’ prestigious and historical development Ashton Grove has won the award for ‘Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion’ at the LABC Central Building Excellence Awards.
The award recognises the outstanding construction and workmanship at this development as Weston Homes has strived to retain as many of the original features of the old school while converting the building into luxury, high specification apartments.
LABC’s Chief Executive Paul Everall said: “The awards are an opportunity for us to celebrate some of the very best in construction in England and Wales, recognising the high level of quality and skill we can and do reach in the UK.”
