Weston Homes announces landmark BTR partnership on £110m Bracknell Beeches Development with Royal London Asset Management

Weston Homes announces its first major forward fund deal with Royal London Asset Management to develop the £110.1 million Bracknell Beeches into a Build-To-Rent (BTR) scheme. Under the terms of the agreement, Royal London Asset Management will purchase the entire Bracknell Beeches site and development from Weston Homes, while also entering into a Development Agreement with Weston Homes to construct the project.
Bracknell Beeches will deliver 349 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments spread across seven buildings, with heights ranging from four to 16 storeys. The scheme is designed to offer a premium living experience, complete with amenities including a concierge, gymnasium, communal lounge/business suite, and communal outdoor terraces and gardens for tenants.

This Bracknell Beeches deal represents a significant milestone for both companies, signalling Weston Homes’ commitment to forging long-term partnerships with leading investment funds. The development is set in a prime location, less than 100 meters from Bracknell train station, offering direct connections to London Waterloo in just over an hour—an ideal setting for tenants seeking convenience and modern living.
