Weston Homes continue their commitment to build

With the demand for new homes promptly growing as we reach the turn of the year, Weston Homes are continuing their own commitment towards building high quality, affordable homes, with the launch of a vast number of new homes in prime locations throughout the UK.

In 2011, Weston Homes have launched a total of nine developments across the Homes Counties and Greater London, but have also ensured that they are catering to demand at their existing developments with the release of new phases of quality homes. Weston Homes launched their newest development Fortis in November 2011, a luxurious collection of 89 houses in West Drayton, while other large and significant developments launched earlier this year include Saxton Park in Essex and King’s Island in Uxbridge.

While the demand is there, Weston have continued to build, with the launch of the final, premier block of new-build one, two and three bedroom apartments at its prestigious Mayfield Grange development in East Sussex, and the launch of phase two at Swale Park in the fashionable coastal town of Whitstable, a new collection of one, two and three bedroom homes.

The popularity of homes at two of Weston Homes’ premier developments in Essex – Morello Quarter in Basildon and Hawkins Wharf in Colchester – has also led to building work starting early for the launch of the next phases of new homes to be released at the beginning of next year.

Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes, comments: “2011 has been another very successful year for Weston Homes. We have continued to launch a number of key developments throughout the country and released further homes to cater to the high demand at our existing developments.

“In the last few months, we have also experienced the local demand for new homes and have sold out of three of our high quality developments across Hertfordshire and Surrey at The Grove, Charter Place and St George’s Court.
