Weston Homes Plc have exchanged contracts on the former Peterborough District Hospital site.
The development will see the conversion of a listed building into 8 apartments; the conversion of a locally listed building into 2 semi-detached houses; and a new build mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses.
