The company provides a range of technical, vocational and skills based training for its staff. It also provides service NVQs to boost skills, review procedures and improve effectiveness of support staff.
We are very proud of the training and management schemes we implement for our staff, and it is this commitment that has led us to be awarded the Investors in People Accreditation, as well as qualifying for the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for (in the small business category, less than 250 employees).
