Dartford is host to an array of parks and open spaces, with both Central Park and Hesketh Park offering beautiful manicured gardens, green expanses and sporting facilities right in the town centre such as a skatepark, outdoor fitness equipment and bike track.
Slightly further afield there are a variety of wooded areas and country parks to chose from; Darenth Country Park, Beacon Wood and Dartford Heath are home to a wide variety of wildlife and can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Dartford is well connected and access to some of the major London stations including London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria is made simple. A short train or car journey and you will find yourself in the iconic City of London.

With over 16 million tourists visiting a year there is plenty to do, from tourist attractions such as the London Dungeon, the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London or Buckingham Palace to cultural sights at The Tate Modern, The V&A Museum and The British Museum.
St Pancras International can be reached in as little as 41 minutes from Dartford Railway Station and with many international destinations stretching from Amsterdam to the South of France it couldn’t be easier to explore another country.
For those looking to venture further afield, London City Airport, London Stansted, London Gatwick and London Heathrow Airport offer worldwide destinations and all can be reached in just over an hour’s drive.
