Talent Advisor

We have a brand new opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our HR Department. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and delivering top talent across Weston Group across volume roles, Early Careers and support with learning and development programmes to maximise employee development. 

You will play an essential role ensuring that the our candidate journey runs smoothly and have exceptional and organisational skills and complete tasks both efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Manage the end to end candidate experience, providing candidates with regular updates from hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the best candidate journey in line with company standards.
• Facilitate full recruitment life cycle from creation of  job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing through to offer stages. 
• Conducting screening calls of candidates, ensuring all screening calls are accurate and fully reflect the candidate’s ability to hiring managers 
• Build and maintain effective relationships with specific business areas to support with resourcing requirements 
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
• Liaise and coordinate with our Preferred and Approved Agency Supplier lists to support with upcoming skilled/ specific hires 
• Coordination and promotion of the internal employee referral reward scheme
• Organisation of the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes (trainees, apprenticeships and work experience)
• Management and ongoing support of annual training schedule including delegate booking and training supplier liaison and coordination. 
• Contribute to the HR Project Plan, ensuring allocated projects are lead to a successful conclusion and delivered on time.

As a successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• 2 years experience within a similar  recruitment or talent focussed role 
• Knowledge and application of effective candidate pre qualifying, screening and sifting techniques
• Effective application of candidate sourcing skills (ideal)
• Time management – can work in a fast pace and changing environment managing deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Competent use of all relevant software: including Gmail, Google Apps and Microsoft Office
