A little bit about the role...

We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our HR Department on a fixed term contract for 18 months. You would play a vital role and be responsible for the timely execution of administrative activities surrounding the employee lifecycle, including rewards and benefits. You will need to have exceptional organisational skills and complete all tasks efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for...

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Creation of compliant and consistent employment documentation, including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, offer letters, terms & condition amendments, right to work documentation and employee correspondence.
  • Effective management and coordination of the New Starter process preparing letters, contracts and starter packs and updating the HR records
  • Timely and accurate administration of payroll input and liaison
  • Implementation and enhancement of new starter inductions and onboarding processes
  • Effective coordination and administration benefit/reward schemes including annual renewal,  reporting on reward/ benefit trend analysis. 
  • Effective management and liaison with HR Business Partnering team on absence (short term and long term)
  • Oversee the effective and accurate ‘real time’ input and maintenance of all electronic employee HR records
  • Regular and accurate reporting of key information and statistics to business partner function, internal stakeholders.
  • Regular and accurate delivery of HR Board Reports
  • Superuser and HRIS Champion including but not limited to employee self service training and annual system testing and maintenance. 
  • Effective internal communication, management and coordination of wellbeing and volunteering initiatives.
  • Providing basic HR advice and guidance in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties commensurate with this post.

What we'd like in return...

As a successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • 2 years experience in a fast paced administrative role, ideally within a HR environment
  • Knowledge and application of effective HR and Reward/ Benefits administration
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and industry good/best practice
  • Understanding and application of Data Protection Act
  • Ability to provide basic guidance on HR practices/policies
  • Computer literate specifically with GMail, Google Apps and Google Drive
