Weston Homes was set up in 1987 by Bob Weston, who applied his considerable knowledge and expertise to our very first development – a four bedroom detached house in Essex.
Since then, Weston Homes has gone from strength to strength and expanded to regeneration sites across the south east.
However, we have never lost sight of our commitment to regenerating already developed brownfield and greenfield sites in a way that is eco-friendly, sustainable and in fitting with the established community, and transforming greenfield sites to create homes for the enjoyment of many generations to come.
The company mission has not changed since Bob’s original intention to provide affordable, expertly crafted homes in developments which improve the areas in which they are located.
Just as when we started, our properties are designed to the same high specification, incorporating the latest innovative technologies – and Weston Homes is proud to ensure that each home is fitted throughout with the same level of top quality craftsmanship, down to the very last detail.
