Local Area

Location is said to be everything, and, for many of life’s priorities this is no truer than at Dartford.

Nexus, on the east side of Dartford, is a stylish development of apartments and houses with communal and private gardens and allocated car parking spread over two acres of land. Homes here are an ideal purchase for first time buyers and those with families, as well as investors looking for a good return.

Dartford is just 16 miles to the east of central London, in the shadow of the Queen Elizabeth Bridge on the banks of the Thames. Access to and from the town is excellent. The A2 and the A225 both connect Dartford to the M25, just half a mile away, and this in turn offers speedy access to Essex, the A13 and the north, including Stansted Airport (just 40 miles distant), via the Dartford Crossing. Equally accessible is the A2/M2, taking drivers into Kent, the Garden of England, or to the south the M20, Gatwick and Heathrow airports, the former just 35 miles away, the latter 58.

Railway commuters are exceptionally well served, with nearby Dartford Station under a mile and a half away offering three railway lines and two trains per hour into London, via London Bridge (35 mins), Charing Cross (40 mins) and Victoria (52 mins). International rail travellers have the brand new Ebsfleet International Railway Station just 10 minutes away, serving Eurostar’s hi speed service travel to Avignon, Brussels, Lille and Paris. And from 2009, Ebbsfleet will supply passengers with high speed rail travel into St Pancras, London, in just 15 minutes; perfect for work and leisure.
