Leading home counties developer, Weston Homes has appointed Dawn Wylie, Land Director and Steve Hatton, Planning and Design Director to join the Weston Homes Plc Board. The appointments mark the success and continued growth of Weston Homes.
Both Dawn and Steve, joined Weston Homes via the company’s Management Trainee Scheme at 19 years old, dedicating their careers to learn and grow with the business.
Steve Hatton joined Weston Homes in 2002, choosing planning as his final discipline and achieved his first BA (Hons) in Town Planning, before continuing to achieve a PG Diploma in Urban Design.
Dawn Wylie joined Weston Homes in 2006, choosing Land as her final discipline. Dawn achieved a BSC (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
Dawn Wylie, Land Director at Weston Homes commented: “I am delighted to be appointed to the Weston Homes Plc board. Weston Homes offers fantastic training schemes which have enabled me to learn and gain a degree, whilst obtaining vital ‘on the job’ knowledge and expertise. This has provided me with the experience and confidence to take the next step up in my career.”
Steve Hatton, Planning and Design Director commented: “I am thrilled to join the Weston Homes Plc board, enabling me to apply my 14 years of experience and expertise to the continued growth of the company.”
