About Cranham

Cranham is a picturesque suburb in northeast London, 19 miles east of the city and 10 miles north of the River Thames. It is part of the London Borough of Havering and was historically a rural village in the county of Essex. As part of the suburban growth of London in the 20th century, Cranham expanded significantly, increased in population and became part of Greater London in 1965.

The Gemini development in Cranham provides the harmony of a suburban retreat with the convenience of an easy commute to London. You can enjoy a leisurely walk in the stunning surroundings of Franks Wood (pictured), discover the wildlife at the Nature Reserve or relax with a round of golf at Cranham Golf Course. Both Cranham and nearby Upminster have a wide selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops, and for the ultimate shopping experience, Lakeside Shopping Centre is only a fifteen minute drive away.

City lovers and commuters will appreciate the area's excellent transport connections, the development is located less than a mile and a half away from Upminster Station on the District Line. Transport for London provides a bus route which connects to the Underground and National Rail Network at Upminster Station.
