As a trusted new homes developer with a dedication to customer satisfaction, we abide by the Consumer Code and New Homes Quality Code. The purpose of the codes is to ensure that new home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information and are kept fully informed about their purchase before and after they sign their Reservation Agreement.

 

If you reserved your new home on or after 1st August 2023, the New Homes Quality Code applies.

The New Homes Quality Code is the code of practice of the housebuilding industry that sets out guiding principles which aim to improve the quality of new build homes and provide clear and comprehensive information to purchasers during their home buying journey.
